Arrived on time, but with a small crack in glass. No leaks though. Probably got bounced around during shipping. So I wish the glass was a little thicker. Otherwise well made, winds up and plays music fine. Gave as a gift, no need to return it. Probably would buy again if I had reason to. Thank you.

As pictured, in styrofoam casing, in a box. Winder is really tight and plays for a short 20 to 25 seconds.

The product was ok. I was disappointed when I got it though because on the website the pictures did not give a clear picture of total look, Every angle that I saw showed 3 penguins on the bottom (which was what I wanted ) but when I received it there were actually 4 penguins on the bottom. The reason I wanted it was because I wanted it to represent my family with 2 parents and 3 children. Other wise ok
