I did not read the product description carefully enough and missed the designation “M14”. It’s not fully clear, but that is apparently the thread size for the angle grinder shaft that this fits. So, this does not fit typical US angle grinders with a 5/8 thread. You can see in my photos that the barrel-shaped drive shaft for the belt won’t go on the 5/8 shaft of my grinder. It’s too bad, because the attachment actually feels fairly well made and I would have liked to try it out. However, there are no instructions in the package what-so-ever. So, if you can use this you will need to look at the instructions on the Amazon product page. You could argue that it’s my fault that I missed that this is not suitable for US angle grinders, but I think the seller really needs to be more clear about this on the product page.

This is an interesting attachment that converts your angle grinder into a small belt sander. It fits models with M10 and M14 adaptation types and uses a 15mm wide sanding belt. The installation is straightforward: just attach the conversion head, secure the belt, and tighten everything down. The adapter comes with two different working walls—one flat for larger surfaces and one concave/convex for irregular surfaces. This makes it useful for a variety of tasks like blade sharpening, grinding scissors, or even polishing stainless steel handrails. The smaller belt makes it easier to reach in tight places too. The guide arm rotates 180 degrees, allowing you to reach tough spots easily. Make sure your angle grinder has a 10mm grinding spindle for compatibility.
