The instruction are extremely difficult to understand. Don't be fooled by the Amazon listing saying, "don't hesitate to contact our customer service," because there is no customer service. There's no contact information anywhere. Oh, and it won't turn on my headlight and taillight, even though the headlight icon displays on the screen.

I bought this to install on XP2.0 bike after original screen left me stranded, bike would not turn on. Received this M5 and indeed it did have 5 pins as needed on Lectric xp2.0 bike. At first the pedal assist did not work and unit read km/h. I searched online on how to setup the 01p - 21p modes on the Lectric and now it works perfect. I am able to finish the short New England riding season now instead of parked waiting for new screen.
