Received the order within 3-4 days, it was well packed and all the hardware was bagged and labeled to make assembly easy. Instructions were a little sketchy but with a little trial and error you can figure out how each part fits. Specifically the internal paddles for mixing, the images do not show enough detail to know how these mount, I had them flipped every which way before figuring it out. The solid cast gear ring is beefy and one reason I chose this mixer over others. It will stay solid for years to come. The barrel is stout as well, the lip has a nice rolled edge that helps it retain shape and strength. One person can build it easy enough but an extra set of hands wouldn't hurt on some steps. Overall I'm very happy with this mixer, two areas that I think could use beefing up to match the rest of the build quality would be the tilt ring and lock. This still flexes a bit and with a full load of concrete might be a weak point. After mixing a few loads I should know more. It's winter here so my concrete projects won't start for a few months

Used for mixing cement on fence post saved a couple of hours each day it likes two 60lb bags used the last couple weeks works fine running with a Honda generator would highly recommend

We liked everything about it, easy to.put together, operate and move around. We liked how it could easily tip the concrete into the wheel barrow. It worked really well for us. Would highly recommend this one.

I'm not sure how it happened as the parts were packed in Styrofoam and box was undamaged. My conclusion is they shipped me damaged goods. It still assembled and operates. Will follow up after I've broken it in.

The box the mixer came in was destroyed in shipping, but all the parts were delivered. Assembly was straightforward and intuitive. I noted during assembly that the ring gear on the bell is cast rather than sheet metal so I'm expecting this mixer to last for a while. Plenty of power to spin a full load of of concrete. Would definitely buy again.

I read previous comments but wanted to give this product the benefit of the doubt. But Motor of the mixer arrived extremely damaged and other parts came extremely bent & banged up.
