I ordered this in October for a Christmas gift. I was not able to deliver it until yesterday. The cup was chipped and now I can’t return. Make certain and open quickly.

Came super cute and it works incredibly well. Like...borderline too hot. My partner doesn't like when their coffee would get cold so I had them try it and man did they love it. It took it a bit to get going but once it does, it really works. I highly recommend this. Love that it is usb and not a plug also.

Love this mug and warmer. It's beautifully designed, love the box. Easy to use just one button to start. Also the lid and spoon. Keep my coffee at the perfect temperature. My coffee gets cold before I finish, but it doesn't get cold anymore.
