It warms but the massage motors are not super comfortable. It feels like two hard lumps under the balls of your feet. Bought to help with my Raynaud's to warm my feet when needed and hopefully stimulate blood flow. It does warm my feet but have not really had chance to see if it helps with blood flow.I had one similar to this and the heating function quit after 2 winters of use using once every couple of days. We will see how well this one holds up.

Works very well for me, I do not use the massage/ vibration mode. It provides adequate warmth for me, as I didn’twant my feet hot, but comfortably warm. Some may want a warmer temp but there is no control to provide a choice.

THE electric foot warmer doesn't get very warm, which is understandable because some people have lack of sensation or blood flow to their feet.I personally would have liked it to be a little more heat, but it's better than having my feet on a cold floorIt's very comfortable & easy to use.
