I used it one time and it gave out on me. Battery seems to be charged, but the grinder doesn’t even spin..

Yeah, that’s Amazon description crushes up your pampers and seasonings no problems but of course I don’t use it for that. I use it for my flower is really easy to use the chargers. Stay good for about three weeks. They usually last about eight months. I usually smoke four papers daily so you could do the math on that. lazy guy who doesn’t want to get his hand sticky definitely a good idea, but keep in mind the longer you have it on the more finer it’s gonna be also invest in a scraper so you could clean it because that’s what usually breaks the insides of the Finns get too clogged up

Stopped working after about 6 months. Try to switch on 5 quick press's and flashes red, plug in usb-C flashes red then quickly changes to green doesn't seem to be charging not useable at all and no support seems available. I filled an online form on there website no reply as yet.

Used it every few days for about 3 weeks.Now the led just flashes red/green when I try to use it, then nothing happens.Didn't come with a manual, can't find one online.I've charged it overnight and it's still happening.Can't see any way to contact seller to troubleshoot.

lets be honest, your not grinding pepper in this, and if you are then herbs and pepper work great. for the other stuff, you might want to set it out an hour to dry better before grinding It, or it will gum up a little. if you let your stuff dry, then it grinds it perfectly and even collects the pollen nicely at the Botton and under the blade itself. they give you a nice scraper/bruch for under the blade. but seriously if you buy this its because you grind a lot of "Herbs" and in that case you should spend this money on a nice tie and go get a job... jk

Fast way to mince up herbs, almost silent operation. Pulse grind (on/off the button) a few times to start the process and shake the grinder once or twice while running to help grind evenly. I found it helps to lightly oil the threads on the jar to make it easier to attach/detach. DO NOT over-tighten the jar - twist by hand gently. Unit arrived almost fully charged, so it was usable right out of the box (nice surprise). Like the auto-shutoff feature in case I forget to turn it off. Upend and shake to remove the last of your ground herbs, and swipe the included brush around inside and under the blades to clean. Very simple operation and unit feels like it will last a long time with care.

Regular grinders are difficulties me to use at times because of the neuropathy in my hand. This grinder is awesome and I can now grind up my herb pain-free!Update: I have been loving this grinder, until today. In the past when it would stop working, I could use the brush to clean it out and it would work again. But not this time. The green light just blinks a few times and it’s not making any noise or anything. My return date expired 2 weeks ago so I guess I’m SOL, unless the company decides to cut me a break and send me a new one.

Pro: Easy to use. It grinds herb well.Con: Does not hold charge very long. I have to use it while plugged in most of the time. I would have returned it if I had been in the time frame. Making the best of it.

It worked good for about two months and then it stopped working completely now the grinder charges but the spinners do not spin I had three of them and all three of them are broken I should get my money back or a replacement

OK so I could not get it to turn-on and asked for a replacement because it would be perfect for grinding just the right amount of spice right before you cook. When the second one arrived just a day later, same issue and of course the instructions are written in Chinglish. Two of us finally figured it out. The five presses the Chinglish refers too do not turn it on. That just wakes it up. Then a long press afterwards starts it. Phew., best grinder ever, too. The freshness makes all the difference. It's well built and easy to use. Shaking it gives you a finer grind depending on what you are cooking. The glass jars are what makes it stand out. You can always see what you have in them while you are cooking. I do hope I can get more of their fitting jars. The second one sent out is already with my friend. So do not send out any refunds for them. Both are working well. Thank you
