This lead melting pot is a beast! Heats up quickly, holds plenty, and pours smoothly. The separate cast iron pot is a great touch for easy cleanup. Perfect for casting bullets and sinkers.

This is a new lead melting pot, and I gave it to my friend to make a lead pendant. He really likes it and it's easy to use.

Bought this pot hoping to cast some fishing weights, but it never worked from day one. Plugged it in, followed all instructions, and... nothing. No heat, no melting, just a fancy paperweight. Contacted customer service twice—no response. Save your cash, this thing is junk!

Love this little forge.I have a much larger forge that's propane operated I use to smelt copper, aluminum and brass into bars that I then stack up in case of emergency.Now that large forge is perfectly suited to smelt gold bars and the such but it's obviously less likely that I gather that much material on a regular basis to pour bars. Not that it doesn't happen, all smiles.This little forge will do the job WITH THE ADDED ASSISTSNCE OF BORAX OF COURSE!It is a simple little basic forge that steadily does what I need it to. No bells no whistles. Just basic simplistic hard worker. Which is just fine with me.
