Have only used once so far and it did a wonderful job. When I find a good recipe for hamburgers seasoned up the way my husband and I like, will be using it more often. Hope to start making & freezing my own hamburgers.

Before I placed an order, I asked if there are any aluminum parts that will be coming into contact with the meat. I got an answer via email stating"The interior of this meat grinder is made of stainless steel, and the blades and plates that come into contact with meat are made of stainless steel. The screw on the body is made of aluminum parts. This product has a food contact report. If you need it, you can contact customer service to check before placing an order."Hence, I placed an order just to find out that the body of this grinder is made of aluminum. ONLY the blades and plates are made of stainless steel! BUYER BEWARE! I have to return it now.So much time wasted.

My partner of ground meat and made sausage and overall this machine worked well. Easy clean up easy storage. All of the accessories work as advertised. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product.No cons at this time to report
