How To Reactive the Battery?

  • Some users receive the Gosmilo board can not turn on after full charging. That is because according to the transport law, the battery only have 20% capacity left while packaging and ship from factory. It may arrive with empty voltage by over self-discharge after long delivery and storage which would trigger the safety low voltage features of battery BMS to lock down the battery.

So please help to re-active the battery after charging if the board still cannot turn on.

  • How to reactive the battery?

  1. Charge the battery first and then open the footpad(battery side)
  2. Unplug and then replug the battery cable(red T type). The battery will be reactived.
  3. Turn on the the board to check if the board can engage.
  4. Assemble back the footpad(please turn off the board)

we got my son the X3, worked for about 20 mins on x-mas day but as soon as we paired it with the app it now doesn't work, contacted Gosmilo and all they do is send a you tube video to recalibrate and reprogram it. (apparently its common when you pair the app). now i have a bard that my son cant use. ill be trying a local one wheel repair shop to see if they can get it to work, just more money to make something work that should work out of the box. 0 stars.
