I absolutely love this pasta maker. Works really good. It's easy to set up and use. Easy to clean too. Love that it comes with everything you need. Works really good and makes yummy pasta.

I should have thought about it.. as the noodles come out horizontally they lay on each other and have to be separated. The dough has issues cling out as it just reverses direction and get caught in an opening and the more dough it catches is how it creates the push to squeeze the doughy out in noodle shape. The he problem lies is there is nothing to push the dough toward that opening. Mostly the horizontal extraction is what makes it not work ideally. You cannot comfortably put the noodles as they come out on to a drying stick. I returned and opted for the pasta attachment that include ravioli option for my Kitchen aid for $65. Pretty positive it will be less cumbersome and more efficient.

For me really worked. once you figure the flour/water. Comes out perfectly 👌🏻.I found out,thar for regular noodles,water ratio works whit the one you find in the instructions. But any hard-figure. With 65ml of water. Doesn't work.I tried with 100 or 110 ml and works perfectly. You only have to be patient.
