Timer never worked - could live with that. However within 30 days - thankfully - everything stopped working & only used a few times. Never liked it that much anyway. Cheap silver plastic, very heavy lid, bad nonstick interior . Amazon is awesome, able to return seamlessly .

HeHoGoGo Electric Pizza Maker Countertop Pizza Cooker for Home Non-Stick Calzone Cooker Adjustablei think its better to not fill the entire area, but to leave a little space at the edge. top seems to get hotter than base, which is probably good. the edge doesnt have heating element so doesnt get as hot.

If I could give less than one star I would. This thing is a flimsy piece of crap and it has never worked right. Just so disappointing because of all the things I bought on Amazon day, I looked forward to this the most.

This item is an excellent pizza maker that makes so many more types of food. I don't eat pizza anymore because of my diet, but I read somewhere that you can cook eggs in it. Eggs and other proteins are a big part of my diet. I am super-sold on this countertop machine based on convenience and the way the food cooks to perfection in a relatively short time. As a grill for pancakes, for example, this works better than my electric griddle, which cooks unevenly. I made some beautiful breakfast items this morning. The items cooked evenly and my meal was of restaurant quality in my opinion.And yes, it is excellent for delicious pizza. It even has a manual timer, and this cooker won't heat up if it isn't on! It is a large capacity cooker in many respects. I can sometimes serve two or more people for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can also reheat food.The only complaint from my husband I agree with is that there is no removable pan. Part of my husband's reasoning is somewhat understandable; it is not dishwasher safe, and "how can we sanitize it?" (I believe, however, that there is a way to sanitize it to his satisfaction). I like this as a unit with no loose parts; nothing to get lost and to have to get replaced. However, if you think about it, you might want a cooker with a removable pan if you scratch it and do not want to throw the whole thing out. There are a few other drawbacks, but I prefer this item to other cooking methods.Machine-cooking pizza requires a high temperature. The pan gets hot quickly and will get super hot. Also, there are lower temperatures that we can utilize. I cooked my breakfast on high today, but the day before yesterday, I used the low setting to slow-cook my breakfast meat, and my eggs didn't get overcooked.This cooker is a lovely item that does cost a bit, but in my opinion worth it; I am going by personal experience, and I am already transitioning most of my cooking jobs away from my other countertop electric appliances.So the cleaning process I use is a series of "wipe-downs" when I use mainly paper towels. You can use a sponge too. I use a bit of soap but only enough to cut any grease there might be. A lot of the time I am cooking with less oil than with a conventional pan. You can do most anything you like without sacrificing the electronics. You can easily avoid burning yourself and your countertop. The outside or "body" of this item is kept from the heating element at all times.This is a great value; high-quality item that makes high-quality food, starting with pizzas.Enjoy!

We use this most weekends and just love how easy it is to make pizzas.I cook the dough alone and then add toppings and close the lid lightly until the cheese melts. I thought that would be a mess but it doesn’t stick to the top!Super happy with it!

It is indeed a nice gadget. Haven't tried making pizza but we do cook meat and grill with it. Closing the cooker helps keep the temperature and cook faster. It also serves as a very nice grill by setting it all the way flat. We enjoy cooking with it so much. However, the pans are not removable. It was hard to clean up the grease. We have to leave it overnight so the grease was sort of solidified and can be removed easily. We still love this cooker so much.
