I purchased this to be able to shred plastics and there is no power plug. The power cable is cut off at the end rendering it useless. I tried to get my own plug to fix it and there is only a white and black cord without a ground.

I dislike the fact there is not much any information in the owners handbook. Like where can I purchase knifes for the machine and what is the part number or full discription and extra parts I may need. There is no model number or serial number or name on this machine
