I rarely give a bad review of any products. But unfortunately, I was trying to use this power washer to clean off slab in the backyard. Sprayed some cleaner and let it soak in. Then try to use the power washer too. Clear the concrete. It barely touched the surface of the concrete and it barely. I mean it didn’t even move the moss that’s been soaking for over a half an hour. Very disappointed hopefully the next power washer I get has more PSI. I did use it to hose off the house and it got the dirt off it with no problem but this tougher stuff I would look for a more powerful psi before you buy this product.

I love this little electric power washer it's a very good power washer i only bought it to keep my lawnmower deck looking good and my weed trimmer looking good this is my first power washer I ever owned

Junk right out of the box. First, the water does not shut off properly. Even if the unit is powered off, the wand keeps lightly spraying water. Then, when the unit is on, it's constantly running because of the leaky wand. When you do engage the unit, you do get higher pressure for about 5 seconds. Then the unit starts pulsing constantly with very mediocre water output and crap pressure. There's no way this is anywhere near the advertised pressure or water volume, and it's not much better than just using your normal garden hose. What a waste of time any money.

It’s smaller in size than I thought but turns out I like the size of it. Works great. I don’t know about 4000 psi but all in all a great washer.
