The assembly and operating instructions are not very good, inadequate and not clear as they could be.The machine operated well but needs a front foot to keep it from tipping when the pressure hose is pulled to extend it. Otherwise it seems to do the job for which I purchased it. Good value for the money.

It would not work. The pleasant surprise was I contacted the merchant who responded back each time and provided a full refund without me asking for it. All communication was through email which I’m not a big fan of but they responded back with or less than 24 hours. One star for the product but 5 stars for customer service.

I'm giving this product a 2-star rating solely based on its functionality. The pressure output and operation are good. However, the touchscreen is faulty, with a large air bubble that makes it difficult to operate. Turning it on and off was also difficult due to the touch sensitivity issue.

Frustrated…I have to watch the how to video so many times to assemble a pressure washer. How about making the instructions clearer and turning down the music so us regular folks can get busy learning the ins and outs of how to use it. Right now I’m feeling like I should have picked a different manufacturer.
