Just get a bike. They might be more expensive but much safer. I had this for a little over three weeks and the buckle in the front came detached and threw me into the street. It was broken after that and wasn’t really fixable. It’s not stable. Not functional. Not smooth riding. And not comfortable.Edit:Seller contacted me asking if I wanted a replacement or refund. I said a refund would be nice. They said they needed pictures of the scooter. I said I don’t have it anymore since it was broken and unusable. They then tell me they can’t help me. So I guess keep your broken items from this seller. They might offer you a refund later and need pictures of it.

Scooter runs well, better than expected. Got this for my daughter for Christmas and we are both satisfied with the purchase.

I like the product and feel it could be made solid. Nice features and controls. BUT!! Quality control is bad!!. The steering column does not match the wheel location. When front wheel is centered the handle bar is turned left.

I'll start with the positive points for this scooter. Number one it is super easy to assemble.Number two the overall design is okay for the price.Number three it is relatively fun to ride while the charge lasts, if the ground is very smooth.Unfortunately the charge doesn't last long at all, there is next to no suspension.I purchased this because I have a 10 mile work commute, and it's advertised to get approximately a 19 mile range. The most I was able to get out of it was 7 miles. Disappointed with the functionality since it died before going even half the distance it said it would. In conclusion bad suspension makes this uncomfortable to ride on normal streets or sidewalks, short range, but it is easy to setup and can achieve the advertised speeds.

It's a zippy well built scooter. The battery holds a charge so I am able to make my daily commute 3 or 4 times before having to charge again. A great scooter for the price!
