$600 wasted. I’ve been riding this scooter after work on sunny days, and at first, I absolutely loved it. The powerful 1000W motor delivered smooth acceleration, and while it can reach up to 28 mph, I comfortably took it to 22 mph and it handled beautifully. The 10-inch off-road tires and dual suspension made for an incredibly stable and smooth ride, even on rougher roads. The touch-screen display is a nice modern touch, the lighting system is great for nighttime riding, and the build quality initially felt solid. The folding design made it easy to store, the hand grips were nice and comfortable, and the color really popped and looked awesome.However, after only a short time, I started having serious electrical issues: random beeping, turn signals going off on their own, loss of power, and the scooter slowing down badly on hills. Even though the scooter claims "Quality Assurance" and offers a "one-year or 180-day warranty," when I contacted the maker (Superfun) and the seller (DELADO US), Superfun never responded and the seller refused to exchange the scooter. I am still within the 180-day warranty but past the 30-day return window — and now I'm stuck with a defective scooter and no support.Really disappointing experience after such a promising start. Buyer beware!

The product came in a big a box, took out of the box it’s very easy to assemble, when we try it out it was very smooth to ride, it’s noise free , probably would recommend I think it’s very convenient if you live in the city

This saved me a lot of time, and I was afraid that the installation would be complicated before I received anything. But surprisingly, it doesn't even need to be installed. It's almost always installed. It is also very simple to operate. excellent

This scooter is an excellent scooter, especially for the price. In fact, it is faster than I expected and lighter as well. The shock absorption and the new tire design adds to a comfortable ride. I highly recommend this one.
