Box was packed really well with foam padding. Machine bands multiple types and size banding straps. It comes set up at the factory for the thicker style band (pet). Mine came with detailed directions for set up and adjustments for the different types of banding material. Comes with a very detailed set up checklist like for instance adjusting the heat to weld banding. Once did my initial setups, machine was working nice and smooth and I didn’t have to stop and reach for the crimpers or cutters. I like the fact that there’s two batteries so no down time between charges. Bander worked good and saves lots of labor time.

We had this strapping tool for less than 3 month before it stopped working. Not worth the cost.
