HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR SUGARCANE MACHINE
1.Never put thick sugarcane stalk inside the unit because it can damage the motor and the gear box inside the machine. We suggest you split the sugarcane stalk in half to make it thinner before placing it inside the feeder.
2.Two nuts mounted on the top of the machine can be used to adjust the gap between rollers. You can freely adjust it according to the thickness of the size of sugar cane.
3.Every month you need to apply grease to the chains and sprockets inside the machine so it can run properly. In order to do this you will need to remove a few screws off the back panel to access the inside of the unit.
4.When machine stops working due to overload, please turn it off and unplug the power supply, then pull the belt manually to drag the sugarcane out of the machine and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

I bought this product to get fresh sugar cane juice at home. I grew up in India with sugar canes and juice, which I enjoyed every day. I wanted to give the same experience to my kid. Unfortunately, this machine has been nothing but the disappointment for the price I paid. I am returning this piece of garbage.

This product is poor quality, didn't have too high expectations when I first ordered it, Chinese made, but when I got it, I realized it is poorly made. Do not recommend it. I rather pay more for a US, good, reliable quality made product than this cheap one; it is not worth the price.
