I have purchased this laminator two times the first one I purchased back in July 1923 and around July of this year it broke down I reached out to the seller told him what was happening. They then offered to order the motherboard along with other parts needed to make it work. keep in mind I’m sure they are located in another country. so the process of working with the manufacturer to get me, the parts was time-consuming. Anytime I ever sent them a message. They responded within 24 hours because of the time zone change. I was very fortunate because of the length of time they offered to give me a discount on buying a new machine. I did that and just yesterday they sent me the tracking number for the parts to fix the other one. This machine is heavy duty. it’s metal. It works very well, it’s worth the money you spend. My experience with this product and the seller Are both top-notch! I want to make sure that this seller knows how much I appreciate everything they have done. One final thing they did this all after the time I had to be able to send it back it was over a year and they still did this!TL
