Dead right out of the box, no power at all never worked. Only to find out after taking it out of the box new, washing up all the new parts. Then putting it together loading it up with sour cream and more to make a dip. Then having to remove the contents of my recipe and wash all the parts to rebox and return.

I don’t have a ton of space, and I also only use food processors occasionally, so shelling out for a top of the line, big kitchen appliance is really overkill. This little one is exactly what I needed, and it works great! It is apparent that it isn’t professional chef quality - but that is not always what you want. I just wanted one that does its job well, and is small enough to be tucked away when not in use. The price is perfect for this, and I’m quite happy with it!

This tiny food processor was disappointing when I opened it. I was expecting the work bowl to be quite a bit larger than it is. It really only holds about 1 - 1.5 cups of whatever you're chopping, despite what the listing says. Honestly, it looks like it belongs in a child's play kitchen rather than a functioning adult kitchen. It does work, though. The tiny little blades are nice and sharp, and the motor, while extremely loud, seems powerful enough. The user manual does say not to run the motor for longer than 60 seconds, and recommends sticking to 30 seconds or less before giving the motor a break. The base has suction cups on it so that it will stick to your work surface and not slide around, and that is nice.Cleanup is challenging. None of the pieces is dishwasher safe, and there are lots of tiny little crevices that a standard dish brush or sponge will never reach. Even the work bowl was hard to fit my dish brush in.There was an odd little chart in the user manual that gave suggested amounts of ingredients that would fit in the work bowl. It only had three ingredients - raw meat (0.22lb), carrots (0.33lb), and figs (0.22lb). Not what I would have expected to find... It also said not to whip more than 3/4 cup cream, and not to put ice in the food processor. This would probably be a good "economy" option for a household of one or two that has a tiny kitchen, though I wouldn't spend more than about $20 for it, and it looks like the price has gone up since I got mine. This is not a good option for a family of more than two, or when making larger recipes. It won't even make a single graham cracker crust without doing it in tiny batches. It will make about a cup of fresh salsa (enough for two), but it would take forever to shred enough cabbage for a batch of coleslaw, if you could cut chunks of cabbage small enough to fit down the tiny chute.

I had to replace my 3 cup chopper/processor and this one is perfect! It's hard to find a small one that has the shredder/slicer blade anymore, , but this one is reasonably priced, and does a better job than the one I replaced. I am happy I found it and recomend it to anyone looking for a good, small processor.

The photo of the blade in the advertisement doesn't look like what I received. However, what I received was BETTER. Very thoughtful design. Grated 2 large carrots in a matter of seconds.Soooo happy I found this. I have a large food processor but more often than not I am just grating 2 carrots (or slicing). I always ended up using my box grater (or slicing with a knife) because I don't want to be bothered lugging out that big food processor that is on an upper shelf in pantry. This one is small enough to keep on countertop and works just as well!

Have only used it once as of this writing, but find that it does the job as expected. My little processor had stopped working after over 40 years and I needed something to replace it. Most this size do not include a slicer/grater disc so I was pleased to find this one did. It has good power, is easy to use, easy to clean and the perfect size to fit my small kitchen.
