This is a handy high-capacity slicer. It definitely is superior to your usual home kitchen tools that most people would have access to. It is sharp and fast, which means you have to use it with some care! But the speed at which you can work your way through different cutting projects is pretty astonishing. It’s relatively easy to clean, and is solidly built. I’m delighted to have something so good-sized and so useful for those occasions that pop up where I need to cook for a crowd.
