This is easy to use and easy to store. The temperature is in Centigrade but there is a table printed on the mat that shows the comparable Fahrenheit temperature. The temperature shown is the internal temperature of the heating elements and not the top of the mat. However, the mat does get hot enough to feel uncomfortable at the top of the mat. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase as it's a handy way to keep food warm during a party.

Great for a buffet of casseroles. I wish I could say the food was steaming hot, but it was regular hot. The item performs as it says it will.Very nice quality item and storage bag.

We needed a way to keep food warm at a venue that did not want us to use open flames. We didn't want the hassle of dealing with them either. This was a perfect solution. We plugged two of these into one typical 120v outlet without tripping a breaker and kept four large trays warm throughout the evening. The food was Italian so as one would expect there was sauce spilled. A warm damp cloth was all that was needed for cleanup.Very handy and practical.
