This is literally the coolest water gun I have ever played with!Love this toy! the sound, the flash, and the water 'bullets' make this water pistol unique and fun to play with.A few things to note:There are two batteries that need to be charged independently. The flashing silencer charges with USBC, but the battery that powers the pistol requires a unique charging connector; why couldn't they both use USB C?Another thing that is a little awkward is the way the battery that powers the pistol connects: it sits atop the unit like fake 'scope' but it takes a bit of practice in order to slide it on and off. You need to push in a small plastic release button and slide the scope forward. Then to charge it you need to remove a plastic cap and connect the charging cable. I feel that this could have been made easier.Overall, I think this is a fun toy, well built, shooting is fun and easy, and it holds enough water to for a mini water war!

This thing was AWESOME during the first water gun battle my kids had. It’s extremely loud though as after each shot it cocks and then slams the slide against the front with a very loud pow noise which got annoying quick. I could’ve forgiven that and dealt with it considering how fun it was but after getting wet from the other water gun shooting it (isn’t that the point!?) it glitches crazy bad. It will either do nothing or freak out with the motor moving the slide all over the place with loud whirring sounds. I let it dry for a few days and same thing. Into the trash it went.

My 16 year old grandson requested a water gun for the summer. This is listed as electric and for adults although I believe his father will figure out how is disable a function they think is dangerous. It uses a battery and is rechargable thru a USB port. We have a large in ground backyard pool and using a water gun that shoots across the yard will be fun for him. Our experience with water toys used in the pool is that one summer season is the time limit for good functionality so I am hopeful this water gun will function for the summer without any issues.

It is a slick water gun. **Please Read On.** I bought it to scare off Racoons at night. I also wanted it to play with my nephew. However, it does not light up the water stream as the videos show. These of course are "client" videos however, all of the photos of the product on the product's Amazon page also show the water stream lighting up. This is very misleading. I think I could come up with a slide on attachment that would route the water off center, then straight out again (just a water thickness higher). Then as the redirected water stream exits the gun, the light would shine along the water stream. If this does not work perfect, perhaps a LASER LED with a short length of fiber optic line would do the trick. This would provide you with a stellar product that people would lover, without any coercion or mal intent. Unfortunately, I must send it back and buy one without so much marketing chicanery. Oh, and the web site had red or blue and I bought one of each color, however I received two red ones.

I'm going to hit the biggest issues first before the review. The scope charging. The cap can be a herculean labor to remove by hand. I can't emphasize this enough post arm injury. The scope is your battery back, this is absolutely fine, however, if it's seated out of place, it will not auto mode and leave you wondering why it isn't working.Outside of this, the item is really fun, and less messy than anticipated. It remains precise at range and has 3 round auto fire bursts. There is leakage in automode if you don't do the full burst. This isn't surprising but should be accounted for during indoor play. The battery life, with minimal charging is fine. You'll run out of water before battery. The range? I did not test much outside of maybe 10 to 15 feet. It remained precise with minimal spread over a distance from my hallway into the living room. The durability leaves something to be desired, my water resovoir was broken in the first shipment, but it was replaced and reordered with minimal issue.Outside of the cap, everything was pretty straight forward with the directions. I wish that they would have covered the scope a little more in depth, as you will not auto fire without correct seating.
