this wine opener will never fully charge, even if I leave it plugged in for 48 hours. I find it difficult to use as it's power is always weak.

Looks like it’s functions fine but there is no LED light. Also in the description they talk about usb charging. This is a bring your own battery’s version. 4 AA batteries. I actually prefer that but just beware. It is not rechargeable. Opener is fine. Description is bad.

This opener has a modern clean design that looks good enough to leave out on the counter. I have usb outlets so easy to charge as needed, but it stays charged a long time. It is lightweight, but still works great. Fast and strong operation.

This is absolutely great! It is much easier to use then any conventional wine opener. The battery lasts a long time depending on how many bottles you drink on the regular. Only one issue I have found and that is that the cork screw puts a whole all the way through the cork. This is just fine as long as you keep the bottle in the upright position. If you attempt to lay flat the wine will pour out of the bottle after opening. Fortunately they do provide you a bottle sealing cap which will make this issue obsolete as long as your only saving one bottle.

But it! Although this is cheaper one, works great! This has replaced Rabbit Manual wine opener, that I used to think was a God Send. No problems with ground cork getting into wine. For us oldies, this is a must have!
