I have little nook where I keep a lot of different plants, and this adds a bit of rustic touch that I adore.The leaf is made of metal and is painted in a way that looks slightly worn. The leaf is also fairly sturdy and hefty, but the whole decor is surprisingly well balanced since the base is fairly sturdy and can hold itself steady. The base is made of solid wood and accentuates the rest of the decor very well.Overall, I think it's a really lovely piece of art that looks good in any living space.

This is one of the things that end up looking better than what you imagined when you ordered it.The dimensions match the listing, the colors of the leaf are a little bit "cooler" than the one on the listing but that's okay.I couldn't say exactly which type of decor this would classify as in exactly, but it'll fit pretty much anything relatively modern and has a touch of rustic too.The leaf is made of wood and craftsmanship was excellent, no blemishes at all.For $14 (at the time of the review) or even $19 (full price) this is a steal, it will enrich your office desk, living room, bathroom or anywhere you decide to put it on with an artful piece that is made of nature and reminds us of nature, beautiful!

I wanted this (“Elements Green Leaf Tabletop Decor, 7 by 2.25 by 11.5 inch) for a calming and pleasant addition to a coastal-themed bedroom, and it is just right both in coloring, size and look. I enjoy the muted green shade, which is very natural-looking and subtle.The palm leaf is made of a lightweight wood while the base is a more sturdy wood. The base vibes well with the driftwood pieces that are already in the coastal-themed room. Since we have some palm leaf paintings/prints in the room, this also works with those, (also muted coastal, not vibrant tropical).I like this even more in person and appreciate how the weight is distributed properly and not at all heavy. The workmanship and quality is very nice, and would work very well in a variety of areas because it is so muted and subtle. Thanks for reading.

Leaf itself is resin, not metal, which is why I've deducted one star. I will say, however, that in a home with babies or toddlers, this product may be akin to a rotary sawblade mounted on a stick if it were truly made of metal. Consequently, its resin composition is not necessarily a bad thing.Plus, once there's more than a few inches of space between yourself and the product, the difference is inconsequential. Item does have the look and texture of bronze with a nice oxidized patina, and is sure to look great on any shelf, bookcase or end table. I have it atop one of my computer speakers, and it certainly classes up my home office a bit.Overall quality and look is in line with its modest price, in my opinion. If the style fits your decor, then I'm confident you'll be pleased with the product.

When I ordered this, I thought that the leaf was metal and that it was inserted into a wooden base. Upon receipt I realize that the leaf is also wood. I collect rocks and fossils so this looks very nice in my cabinet along with my rocks and fossils. The lead is very nice looking and the entire thing is extremely light. So I would not put this anywhere in a very high traffic area or maybe next to a window where a breeze can come in because again it is very light and will tip over.The base is also not finished well. I mean it’s sealed well with a sealant, but it is all dinged up and dented up. It looks like they use wood that has been cast off from other projects which I guess I appreciate because then things do not go to waste. But I was truly expecting a base that is in perfect condition, and it is clearly not. Again, it looks like a piece of wood that would have been cast off from another project.Plus, this was shipped from the manufacturer I think as it arrives in a ginormous box with lots of bubble wrap. I don’t know why it just simply wasn’t inserted into a small box, the size of the leaf because again the base is a hot mess as it is, so I guess I don’t understand the way this was packaged. Seems extremely wasteful to me. Again, I am happy with it because it does look good in the cabinet with my rocks and fossils and I made sure to put rocks and fossils right in front of the base so that you couldn’t see all the dings and dents.

Attractive decorative accent piece. It's not metal, although it looks that way in pics and in person from a distance. The base is wooden. I got it to have something attractive to put on an empty shelf in our STR. It looks very nice there & I like the natural vibe.

This caught my eye and I decided on a whim to order it for my plant shelf (a corner rack with a bunch of plants on it). I really like it! It's just as advertised - a big green metal leaf. Actually I'm not sure if it actually is metal, it feels more like resin, but it looks like metal. It's on a sturdy wooden base, so I'm not worried about it falling over. I don't decorate with a lot of tchotchkes, but I'm happy with this one.
