I was really excited to get this dog bowl stand, but unfortunately, the product arrived with major issues. One of the holes was completely missing, and the others were poorly aligned, making it impossible to assemble the stand properly. It’s clear there was no quality control check before this was shipped out. For something that’s supposed to be simple and functional, this was a huge letdown. I shouldn’t have to break out power tools just to make a basic product work. Returning this and won’t be buying from this seller again.

I got this for my Great Dane and it works great. It goes high enough for him and is sturdier than I was expecting. It’s also easy to clean and the bowls are nice and big so they hold a lot! I also really like the option that you can tilt the bowls if you need to.

I have an Irish Setter that falls in-between sizes for most things. And an overweight cat that likes to steal dog food. This has worked out famously. The dog gets to be more upright to eat and doesn't cough as much when he eats,the cat can't reach the food no matter how hard she tries. Win ,Win. The assembly instructions were fairly well written and I found it easy to put together and it is very sturdy, the design goeseasily with most decor

UPDATE: Their customer service handled the situation well with options for sending new product or a refund. I appreciated the help and options.Unfortunately, the package was missing bolts (came with 2 but required 6), nuts, and both latches to tilt the bowls.Comes with two separate wooden/metal frames for the bowls to be place side by side but the holes did not line up to actually secure the two together. I have contacted the manufacturer. Will update if I hear anything back.
