Less expensive brand held up perfectly for over 10 years and gave wonderful massages. This brand broke within a month of use. Called manufacture and they charged for the cord that literally came apart on its own. Supposedly not under Warrenty... if I had the box still I would return. Don’t waste your money.

I have Gerd and other issues with sleeping and aches and pains. I put a Casper mattress on top and I’M in heaven now. A couple of months sleeping on it now and no nausea or vomiting since. I use the No Snore position nightly but love the Zero Gravity for pain management. I gave it a 4 only because the retailer didn’t send exactly the bed I ordered which had the articulated head position for reading etc. by the time this heavy monster was uncrated and set up by paid installers I decided not to attempt a return but to go ahead and try it a few nights. It is fine with one pillow for reading and TV watching. I LOVE my new bed and dread traveling or visiting now without my special bed! It’s worth every penny and I’m bequeathing it in my Will to a deserving family member

Below is someone else’s review but it’s 100% spot on. I LOVE this bed. I’ve had it for about 5yrs & have the exact issues they’ve had below (including great service) and I don’t care, can’t live without it. My husband doesn’t have the health issues I do and he’s also in love with the vibration, can’t sleep without it. I’m actually bed-bound so I’m much harder on mine than the average sleeper. I wish they would up quality, it’s solid but everything listed below has happened to ours in some cases more than once. I actually keep a backup vibration motor just in case. I think I’d really like the headtilt which wasn’t an option when I bought mine.“As one of the only adjustable bases with the elevation feature I can’t live without this bed. It makes so many more positions possible, can’t say enough about this feature. But after about 12-18mos of use we have had to replace the elevation mechanism twice, one of the vibrating motors went out the other is making death rattle sounds. When I elevate the feet there is a huge crash/metallic sound and a big jerk, it’s also crooked at the feet w/ one side higher than the other. The head is making new noises while in motion but honestly the worst part is the clanking and squeaking noises it makes when I move at all. Keeps me up at night. That was the most recent problem to develop. I wanted to buy this base for my husband but I am at a loss. We are attached to the vibration, it isn’t a massager but really helps us sleep as designed. I MUST say that so far their customer service has been phenomenal although this time we’ve been waiting to hear back from them for weeks after a friendly serviceman came to access the bed. I don’t know what they could do at this point to make it right, the problems started within weeks of purchase so even if they repair it all I know it won’t be the end. I still love my bed I would give it 3.5 stars if I could but only because of quality issues. I’d give it 5 otherwise!”

I bought this bed for my daughter who has POTS. Because the bed can tilt with the touch of a button, it helps her circulatory system adjust to gravity before she tries to stand. The bed functions great, very easy to use the remote control buttons and a lot of different positions/features to try. The charging ports are very handy, as is the light underneath which acts as a nightlight. The only issue is that it is heavy and awkward to move, particularly if you are trying to take it upstairs. I highly recommend hiring people to help you put it in place.

Having ehlers danlos syndrome, hypermobility type, along with POTS postural orthostatic tachacardyia syndrome, and other health issues this bed was all worth the money and price was very fair. 5min LED lights underneath u can turn on or off anytime. Subwoofer and speakers with bluetooth (although i didnt figure that one out on how to work it plays youtube videos) the actual incline helps with the scrunching of raising the head so much. My remote shows all diff uses:

Just like a box spring mattress with some extras. The box was extremely heavy, if you can get white glove service, get it. USB/LED lights/Bluetooth are all part of the marketing game, they all work just fine. My wife was certain this purchase was a complete waste of our hard earned cash, so I didn't tell her how much I paid. She loves that in the "flat" position no one would ever know it adjusts. Kids like it too.
