I was a bit skeptical because of all the reviews about missing hardware, parts, and instructions, but after a $77 sale price I just took a chance. I personally had no issues with the assembly and actually had extra set of nut and washer left over. The instructions could have been written a bit better however, but with some patience most people could probably figure things out. There are a couple of things I would suggest:- Leave the crossbars untightened, stand the machine upright, and once leveled, fully tighten the two crossbars. This should help level-footing the machine.- Apply a bit of Vaseline or general-purpose grease to the components that may be adjusted based on the user. This should make sliding easier. On last thing, the arm rests are supposed to be angled, thus creating a more natural feel when doing leg-ups.

Appears to be of good quality and sturdy, but I can’t be too sure as my box did not come with assembly instructions. It looks like I may have all of the hardware, unlike most reviews have stated, however I have nothing to reference so I cannot be sure.

I just finished installation, very simple. Looks great and does what we need. All of the parts were well packaged. Make sure you measure the bolts and use the proper length bolt, especially on the two spacer bars. Also be sure to identify and use the proper short and long spacer bars in the correct positions; they are not the same length, by design.

Purchased this unit to add to my home gym set up. Once we tried to assemble it, we noticed that it was missing nuts and bolts. But worse than that, in the brand new box there were faulty parts that didn't fit the unit. BUT... this was only found out after we spent 30 minutes trying to assemble it. In the end, we had to spend a great deal of time disassembling it and repackaging it up to return. Adding to that, there was no option for the delivery driver to come pick it up. So we had to take it across town to the UPS store for shipping. Here we are weeks later, and no refund and a huge hassle. All for a $130 piece of garbage equipment. DO NOT BUY THIS!! Buyer Be Aware!

I fortunately had no missing hardware and no damaged pieces. As should be expected from the low price, this is a light-duty item. The metal is thin gauge and the overall unit doesn't have much mass to it, so it does wobble/flex slightly as you're using it. The crossbar is definitely a shin buster too. I plan on drilling new holes to move it lower. All that said, it gets the job done. Even though it's not the most solid, I'm able to do all the exercises on it without spending a lot of money, and that's all that matters to me. It's nice and compact and I think the dimensions are a good fit for smaller people. Some of the reviewer complaints are just from not understanding the design or instructions. The arm brackets are *supposed* to be angled, and the cross bars are *supposed* to be different lengths, for example. So don't worry about that. The instructions are basically an exploded digram that leaves a lot for you to figure out, but if you're handy you'll get it done.

I've read the rest of the reviews and a lot of people were missing hardware for assembly. Unfortunately, mine arrived in the same condition and all the hardware was loose in the box. It's a manufacturer issue, not a seller issue. However, I contacted the seller and told him I didn't even want to unpack this until I could be assured that I could assemble it because I did NOT want to repack this thing for return. Without issue, the seller shipped me a complete set of hardware within 5 days. So, that being said, this is a very quality piece of equipment/roman chair/pull up bar. And the price is about $100 less than the next-least expensive option for essentially the same gym. It's sturdy, does not shake/jiggle at all when in use, and I am very happy with it. If you don't want this one, there's plenty on Amazon for $199, but at about $100, this one was a steal of a deal.

I read the numerous reviews indicating bolts, washers and lock nuts missing from and spilling throughout the packaging and even out of the package itself, I can say that I was prepared to contact the seller for more or to go to the hardware store and by them myself. There was no need to do so. In fact, this power tower was surprisingly packaged great! So the seller must've made improvements upon reading the bad reviews. Everything was packed tightly, I even had an extra couple of washers and lock nut. This power tower is basically identical to a very popular (and more expensive) one sold through Amazon as well, the Sportsroyals one. So I was prepared to have to deal with the possible missing hardware if that meant saving $60-70 bucks. I'm glad I bought this one plus I got a red option, which you cannot get with the Sportsroyals one! There only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because some of the black paint finish was rubbing off on my fingers during assembly, so there's a slight concern that it might get on my workout clothing- and I wish the elbow padding was a tad longer or that the armrests were adjustable. My elbows stick out past the padding but I just cut a pool noodle and lodged it into the empty space. Problem solved!
