I got this air fryer because it was the smallest I could find, good trial appliance. It is about the size of a kettle or coffee maker which is what I was looking for with limited counter space. Initially per the instruction booklet the first few times may seem alarming due to the burning plastic smell but this is as expected and will decrease over time with use. The settings are very basic and easy to use, select your temperature and time and it'll automatically start. I made a chicken burger (from scratch) in 9 minutes and it came out crispy and juicy. Very easy to clean. I did get some 6" liners as well. I would say this machine is good for one person though you can cook for two in multiple batches since it's so fast. For example the tray is enough for one burger patty, 1/2 lb wings, one large chicken breast or 2 smaller thighs, 2 drumsticks, half a cup of fries. It's so nice not having to turn the oven on for a bachelor. If you are unsure if this is a good size for two ppl I would say get a size up.
