Received this as a gift. I love the temperature control feature. Allows me to choose my times for a variety of foods. The stainless steel trays, they are easy to remove & replace as well as clean.5 stars for the aesthetic 3 stars for the size. Smaller than I had expected so not as big a batch as I'd like can be done at a time. Still works well. A great starter unit for a newbie or someone doing spices. Unit is about the size of a large toaster. This does make for easy storage in your cupboard or pantry.

Amazing how fast this dries given the low wattage. Took me a minute to figure out the tray placement, but looked at the Amazon listing which has a good illustration. I like the small trays and the fact that they are stainless steel. I don't have to worry about any chemical transfer. It holds plenty in my opinion. Could be a problem if you have a very large garden, but I don't. There are no loud bells or timer noises on this model because there is no timer, which isn't an issue at all for me. It's very quiet while it's running, and no louder than an average fan. I find it's best to turn the trays around from front to back halfway thru drying time because the front part facing the dial control seems to dry faster. Highly recommended dehydrator.

I bought this dryer for my spent brass. Works perfectly and holds more than you can imagine. Temp control is good, but I keep it on high when drying Brass casings. Built very well. The noise level is very low, beats paying alot of monet to a name brand that all you need to do is dry Brass.

Decided to save a couple dollars buying used and that was a huge mistake. I feel like someone ordered this, decided to have my field day with it, then return it. The issue I PERSONALLY have is that NO ONE checked the condition of this product. ALL the tabs that make the height adjustments are broken off and was inside the box, and one of the trays are cracked. The lower part was extremely dirty and bent. Currently seeing if the heater element even works. Buying used was not worth the 5 bucks off.

Im starting a small candy business and in the interest of getting products out faster to my customers, I decided to throw my candies in the air fryer to help them drive faster. However, in my gourmia air fryer, there is a dehydrating function. When I set them in there at the lowest temperature setting, which is 95, it only takes them around three days to be ready at full hardness. But in this dehydrator after two days, they are nowhere near ready, which means it’s taking me double the amount of time which is really unfortunate for how pricey it is.

This was purchased to replace my big 10 tier system that got crushed a couple years ago. For many years of my life things were made better than the previous version and everything progressed forward. Now it seems many things are more expensive, but made much worse and weaker than ever before. This is an example of such. It barely moves the heat to the top two trays, so there is no even heating. The trays are extremely small and way too short you can barely put anything in before it is touching the tray above. I tried jerky that you can do in an oven, toaster oven, or air fryer and it took almost twice as long and the trays constantly had to be shuffled around because is does not get even heating. I am so disappointed in this land fill item. I wanted it to work so bad, now I am back to square one. I guess if I want a good item I have to make it myself.

I would have given this item a 5+☆ rating but it does not have a timer. I work 12hr shifts and use this for making snakes for my lunches and I either have to wake up early to shut it off before I dry out my items too much or stay up late to start it...or take the chance and lower the level of heat and "hope I guessed right for the normal time it would run over night. But I have been very pleased at how easy it is to use and 75-80% of the items have come out amazing. Great starter unit if you didn't want to spend several hundred on an upgraded model.
