Very pleased with this stand. The quality is very nice, inside each slot is lined with a felt like material to protect each rod, and there is adequate room to easily fit each rod in. The stand itself is solid, no tipping even on carpet. And if you are curious, these will fit other brands of red rods / red and blue numerical rods of standard size (approx 1" x 1") just fine. We have a set of Bruins red and blue rods, and they fit perfect in this stand.

I wish it were cheaper so I could get another and have one for red rods and one for numerical rods. Well made, practical, self correcting. Just love it.

Works as a stand to fit the Montessori Long Red Rods. Can very easily be used by 3 year old toddler.
