Old motor was wearing down and getting slow. Bolted in the new replacement with some self soldering heat shrink tubing on the wiring... Works great, brought an old gate back to like new condition. Was worried that replacing the motor wouldn't keep the gate opening and closing as quick as it used to but its still got a good speed to it.
