Love this stand. It was a breeze to set up and the perfect stand. Fits my iPad perfectly and is very secure so it doesn’t seem like there’s a risk of it falling out. Super adjustable which is great for everyday use. The base has a good weight to it so it is very stable and won’t fall over. I use it to hold my iPad for studying/work and for just watching tv or movies. The quality makes the price worth it. So glad I bought this!

When I received this product I thought it was perfection. It's sturdy, good strong material. It's not cheaply crafted. The only thing I literally didn't see coming was, when using an iPad on the holder, it's possible for that iPad to "SWING" around very quickly. As well as the iPad stays within the grabby hand of the stand, it can basically become a dangerous sharp edge that packs a solid punch. This morning, I had the iPad in the stand and just pushed the stand over slightly with my foot as it was in the way. Well the weight of the iPad (being a larger one) made the arm of the stand loosely swing around and slammed me in the face vertically on my brow bone. I now have a lovely black eye. SO, PLEASE, be very careful with the swing arm. It can spin quickly as the base has no tight grip on the stand so you can swivel it. That swivel effect basically made it spin right into my face because it was at face height while i was sitting by it. Great product but very dangerous with a large heavy iPad in it. The holder can be dangerous too as it uses a pinch retraction to hold the iPad. It's not hard to use, which is nice, but still can be a good pinch if you're not careful. These are my warnings for anyone buying. Great quality but still quite dangerous if you don't realize this can happen. Be safe!!! Never push the stand with a foot. Firmly grab the neck before you move it from the base.

Base is very heavy 1 foot round circular weight. Arm is on one side of that heavy circle base. Arm Reach is not true 3 feet as shown- more 2.4 ft due to hard to flex rigid arm. It does firmly securely clamp down your pad device, but without an Apple front cover, which must be removed every time.Whenever you touch your device for any reason , the arm shakes so you must hold it steady for several seconds to stop the shaking.One needs a lot of room for that round heavy base. I had to move it several times to get it to fit around my furniture since one can easily trip on the base. The rigid arm does nothing to stop the shaking but it DOES keep its position. I got used to it after 1 week; it swings smoothly, & most VIP my device is secure without fear of it falling off or being damaged. The clamps are strong elastic type so when u pull on 1, both move. The flip up is smooth for easy secure placement of pad or cell phone.1 of my main gripes is I must remove Apple soft front cover when ever I use it. If u own one, u know MAC magnets are strong & delicate, & u do not want to damage overpriced Apple cover.Overall, it’s pretty good for price. My wood floor suffered no damage from heavy base due to plastic bottom. I wish the arm were truly 3 feet across instead of being under 2 &1/2 ft. 3 ft would give more room for that large heavy base to fit next to one’s furniture. Not everyone uses it with lazy boy chair. No squeaks or creaking when swiveling the arm or flipping clamps up, & both arm & clamp tilt sustain same height/ tilt.Adjusting flex arm height is quite hard due to thick flex pole. I don’t move mine from it’s 1 position. It’s too heavy to drag around. Perhaps the flex arm gets easier to bend after usage.My pad travels with me daily, so I must remove it & reattach costly Apple front cover. The clamps remain firm & steady, no sign of loosening or comprised positions. However, I only used this stand for about 1 month.
