It’s utilitarian in looks and most importantly function. I’ve had hammered copper( maintenance…) clay fire white ( that required daily soft scrub for stains) , snazzy sharp SS corners that were a cleaning nightmare, hated them all. I flip houses and remodel quite a bit. This one is fairly easy to hose out and clean. I’m not saying that food and water roll off of it like Teflon here but it works nicely, often with the push of a brush. I upgraded the drain covers which helped. I do like the disposer “dirty” space and the separated larger side for dishes. The raised grate of the large side helps keeps things drained and cleaner between dishwasher loads. Im not sure what SS gauge it is but it has a sturdy enough ring to it. Buy it.

We needed to replace a 33" double bowl sink, as part of our new countertop installation. Since the old sink was split down the middle, the bowls were too small for certain deep pots and wide baking dishes and we knew we wanted a different configuration. We were split between having one big sink versus a small/large bowl style. We settled on the Elkay Lustertone 30/70 model, and are very happy with it. The only thing that surprised us was that it came with one "Perfect Drain" fitting as opposed to two, as shown in the picture.
