It's difficult to make myself drink more water, but having a water bottle with me constantly and this at my bedside has helped. I don't get up and go to the kitchen for soda or juice - I just pour water from the little carafe. It truly has helped me cut down on sugary drinks at night.

I fill this with fresh tap water each morning and put it in the fridge so I have a carafe of cold water to bring to bed every night. I love the look of this carafe with the textured colored glass on top. it's really simple to use and a great size for one or two people at night. it can be used whenever, obviously. it's really pretty to look at and seems durable too. the rim of the glass and carafe aren't too thin so I'm not worried about chipping. very pleased with this carafe!

I usually keep a glass of water beside the bed so I can have a drink if I start coughing during the night but I don't have a lid. Sometimes, in the summer, I've had a bug in my water. But not now. The lid doubles as a glass. I thought I ordered a clear bottom with a blue top or glass, but it came as all one color. Sort of a gray/pink. Not what I was expecting but the color is very subtle and doesn't bother me. Holds a good amount of water.
