We bought a pair of these boots for our son. The boots were not true to size and didn't fit him at all (they were too small). We inquired about returning them and were given a return label, but also advised that they had the right to charge a restocking fee.Long story short, between the cost to send the product back and the restocking fee, we weren't happy. Amazon also proved to be no help on this, so in the end we donated the boots and bought from Minnetonka instead (directly). The Minnetonka boots fit perfectly and between the two pairs, the Minnetonka appear to be much higher quality.I would not recommend buying these. The cost of the better boots was only about 20 dollar more and a much more satisfactory experience.

As others have mentioned, these are inexpensive costume boots. They are fine for the day at Renaissance Fair, but are in no way build for long term or heavy use. Overall, a great value. I had good luck with a $15 dollar pair of arch support insoles.

I bought these for Halloween, then Conventions next year. They lasted 10 minutes. Seriously. Less than 100 yards of walking and the sole came completely off the right boot. Disappointed would be an understatement. I emailed the seller a few minutes later seeking a replacement, but so far has gone unanswered. I will be in contact with Amazon
