All items have a non functioning spring as you see on the left - inserting anything in the hole will not have it grip. They should be like the listing on the right. The opening should only be there when pressing on the item to open the slots. As it is this is unusable. Trying to return.

These do the job but are not good quality. They arrived all compressed and would not open. My wife talked with the seller who instructed us to push hard on them to release them. It worked. These are a bit too brittle so I have doubts as to how they will hold out, but for the price I’d say “at least they work”.
