This has changed my stitching game. Very sturdy and you can position your hoop to any angle. Quality product.

So I bought this hoping it would keep my hoop sturdy. The first thing I noticed was that the wood didn't have a sealer on it and there were areas that weren't sanded. So I say to myself "No problem, I can sand it and put a sealer on it or stain it.Then it happened. I tried every way but stand on my head to get the clamps on. NOT TODAY!!! How difficult is it to drill a straight hole that isn't even an inch deep? Evidently it was for the person who did these because every one was crooked. EVERY SINGLE ONE!!! Did this person have a headache? And how about the quality control department that inspects these? This isn't even worth my effort to pack it up and return it. So I wasted an hour of my time not to mention the money I spent. So buyer beware.

I have started to learn Cross Stitching. This Hoop Stand did the trick for me to be able to organize my work . I have much more control of my stitches. I am so glad to have jumped for this hoop. It is small and very easy to put together and sits just right in my lap. The wood and the the way that it was planned is really outsanding. Thanks for who made this by hand.

It is a great tool. It does not hold Hardwicke hoops though.

I use this holder in my lap, and it has allowed me to stitch longer without muscle tension in my shoulders. It is easy to flip to the back and to release the hoop for repositioning.

I love this thing, it made it possible for me to learn how to embroider with my left hand. I'm right handed and had broken my wrist and needlework with a cast was difficult and painful. But this replaced my right hand, and now free of the cast gives me a sturdy free hand and I don't have to grip the projects.I took this thing on a road trip a few days after I bought it; 12 hours of highways, bad roads, being jostled on and off my lap by the dog and a dozen pit stops. It held up quite well honestly. The bottom bolts got pretty loose and I had to screw them back in a lot or things would slide back and forth, but overall the minor inconvenience didn't negatively affect my experience.Back at home it holds up with no issues, the the bolts stay tight, and I carry it all over the house and toss it onto my bed and generally I'm not kind to it.I had no quality issues with the product I received and it was generally easy to assemble

The product is amazing and helps tremendously. Instructions for putting it together would have been extremely helpful instead of having to play a guessing game
