Bought two wall ovens first one went out in 6 months second one after using because the first one went out it went out and another 2 months been trying to get a hold of customer support and no reply as of now not very happy

This oven glass door exploded on me the very first time I used it on Christmas day while I was making Christmas dinner for my family. My day was ruined. Glass was every where inside of the oven and on my kitchen floor.. It was a nightmare. Now I have to have the oven uninstalled and pay for another electrician to come hook the replacement oven up again. I am so disappointed in the product so far

I really like this oven, the only thing I can say negatively is the temperature goes way down if you open the door but it heats back up pretty fast, for the inexpensive price that's not bad
