First one arrived damamged. Since having the electrician install it, I’ve ruined so many meals/baking recipes trying to figure this oven out. I set it to 350, it will sit at 330. I increased the heat to 360 the next time and it only sits at 340. I’ve had food come out severely undercooked. I have no idea how long to bake anything for.. and with it being a 24” (all that fits in our opening) just be aware none of the standard pans fit. Would not recommend.

Replaced an old 25 inch Whirlpool wall oven with this one. It turns out, that the major manufacturers no longer make 25" ovens, so I needed to purchase a 24" model. Impressed with the deign, but owner's manual woefully inadequate, as others have stated. Figuring how to use it is simply trial and error. Rotisserie skewer included, but not usable for this model; no big deal. Wiring instructions also a bit confusing, until I read a label on top that stated to not connect the white wire from the power, only the red, black and ground. Since the white and ground wires are basically the same, I capped off the white wire. Also, using the wiring cable included, I installed a junction box to house where the power and oven cables connect and everything works well. So far so good- does the job.

The packaging was very well designed and I received it with no issue. In terms of quality, it works perfectly. I like the fact it has a default time of 2 hours unless you adjust it. I'm the kind person that tends to forget things a lot so that function really helps with the safety issue.

Our renter was preparing chicken dinner and after 15 minutes of cooking, there was a loud explosion and shattered glass is all over the oven and all over the kitchen floor. Fortunately, she was not in the room at the time of the explosion. I see no reference to this being a convectional oven. I would never buy another one.

I loved the price, but as usual you get what you pay for. It's a nice oven, but has it's cheap moments. I may not have the electronic panel to worry about, but the door is getting off of track and it's a little smaller than a normal oven.

The oven was very wall packaged and was received in excellent condition. I love the fact that it doesn’t work without setting the timer. A night shift RN rents from me and she greatly appreciates it also. Falling asleep from exhaustion and waking up to burnt food is one less thing she has to worry about.
