Absolutely the worst customer support from both Amazon and the manufacturer, Empava. Although when I purchased this range description included LPG conversion kit, range arrived (3 weeks later) without it. Contact with Amazon was dismal. Their solution? Return 250 pound range, had to speak with supervisor to explain we live on a rural ranch, 3 miles from pavement, Amazons delivery company would not get off pavement, I couldn’t carry it that far and hired real trucker to deliver to our place originally. Finally supervisor said to call manufacturer, since it was their ad. Did that, Empava said that Amazon messes this up often but if I bought it at Home Depot, all would have been fine. But said they would ship LPG kit. Took all info…. Two weeks later, no kit. Takes me another week for Empava to respond, call or email to my follow up. When they finally do respond, they say first customer rep wrong, I needed to buy kit from another range parts supplier!!! In total frustration, I order the kit, pay $115 for kit, which still is not here. Ordered range on 11 Dec 2024, today is 1 Feb 2025 and still no propane conversion kit! Save your money and sanity, don’t buy appliances from Amazon!

It didn't come with the LP conversion but Amazon refunded a portion of the purchase price and Empava sent out the kit within no time. Everything works as it should now. Seems to be a good quality range

it said the lp conversion kit comes with it. it did not. kinda big deal. can't use it without changing the jets.

I end up using my breville air fryer counter top instead. So difficult to change settings and use. I will never buy this brand again

Despite claims that this oven is gas or LP propane ready you can only switch the regulator and replace the top burner orifices, which I had to buy. You cannot buy oven orifice for the top and bottom burner for this product to convert from gas to LP Propane. While we can use the top burners after I switched the orifices, we cannot use the oven to bake or broil. It’s literally a raging fire place. You have to get them from Empava and unfortunately, they do not care to respond to my requests for help.
