My Thunderbird was throwing all sorts of crazy codes. Everything from throttlebody to airbags! I did some research and decided to try these coils. They were the perfect fix! No more codes/dash lights. Car runs perfect! Thanks

I believe it’s been about 6 weeks since I installed new coils and new spark plugs. They changed out pretty easily. I would recommendation replacing your spark plugs at the same time. Plugs are easy to get to at this point. I think new coils and new plugs hold up better changed at the same time. good luck

I had one Coil-on-plug (CoP) go bad so I replace all 8 on my '03 Thunderbird. This were an exact match and so far work perfectly. I also put in new spark plugs while I was at it. Great value for a good product.

They are about 1/8 inch taller than the Ford ones that came out of my engine. Were recommended a couple years ago on Fordthunderbirdforum.com on a long thread about COP replacement. But connector is mounted higher. They fit fine under my cover but wondering if the 2002 covers were lower. There are more 2002s than any other year and many 2002 owners have complained the aftermarket coils are too tall to let the cover seal properly. Others have no problem. Now the expert on that site is recommending a DG515 G-8. These are not ENA, they are from AD Auto Parts. They are on Amazon and the picture shows the connector is like on the OE parts. Might be a safer choice for clearance reasons for some cars.

I used these to replace the coils in my 2003 Thunderbird. I found the engine was missing on acceleration. So I bought these based on the reviews. The hard part was getting to the point where I could install them. Once that was done, they installed easily. Very consistent product. When I fired the car up it ran like a top. No more misses. Glad I install all eight. Received them in a very timely manner from the vendor.

Installed all eight on my 2001 Lincoln LS 3.9 L and so far are working great engine is running very smooth and no misfiring so far. But with that being said the only thing at this point that I did not like is that they are not exact fit. They are just a bit longer which makes the covers not go on the way that they should. It's only been a month so far from the date of installation so only time we'll see how good the quality of them are.
