Although glasses are great and allowed me to see color for the first time their customer service is non existent. I have 3 pair and one fogged up after a year. 6 emails later I finally received confirmation that I indeed had a warranty issue (under 2 years old) and was asked to tell them which pair I wanted as a replacement. Now I am 5 more emails, 3 phone calls (it is impossible to talk to a human) and 4 months later and still no replacement. They simple have zero customer service

I struggle with red-green color blindness and really thought these would help - the videos show people putting them on for the first time and "changing their lives" but I noticed no difference at all even after wearing them for a while. Save your money.
