Will not work on Mossberg Maverick 88's as advertised.Wrong diameter and thread size. I trashed them.

It's, been said but it doesn't fit Maverick 88 as stated. Too big a diameter for the thread. I didn't read the review till after purchase.

I needed a plug for my Sig P556 and this worked perfectly. My only complaint is that it didn’t come with any tool to tighten it (but hand tightening seemed to work fine).
