Seals only lasted a week before leaking.. Spent $40 and got OEM marzocchi seals... It's been over 3 months now without any problems.. OEM is definitely the way to go

The fit a Marzocchi 32 mm Drop-Off fork fine. They seal well. No seepage that I can see. I have only ridden on them a couple of times. They stuck a little when first installed but some of that sticking has gone away. I hope it all goes away with time. I will amend the review if they become silky.

The left fork stopped holding air after less than two years of light use (estimate less than 30 rides). These seals also always leaked a small amount of oil since day 1. The only real positive was the price, but not worth the small savings over the OEM seals.

I bought these as part of a service for a 2009 Marz bomber 44, as I've done many times over the last 6-7 years. For some reason one of the oil seals would not seat correctly in the air spring lower, and no matter how many times I removed/cleaned/re-seated/adjusted c-clip the seal kept blowing, even with 35-40 psi in the fork.I found an old used OEM Marz oil seal and put that in (just to rule out the fork leg as the issue). 3 weeks and 100+ trail miles and no failures. Maybe i got a bad batch?

So far, so good. These fit the Marzocchi super T and don't leak. I have yet to finish the rebuild, so there hasn't been a ride test.

I would consider this to be an annual service for a fork that is used regularly. If the fork seems sticky, then you definitely should perform this service. Even if the fork seems to be working perfectly, the seals can collect dirt and grit which will wear down your fork's stanchions. Performing regular seal replacements every 50-100 hrs of use will dramatically extend the life of the fork. There are many resources online for learning how to do a fork service; I like the video on Pinkbike of Ronnie Dilan (ex Marzocchi tech) performing an overhaul on a Marz 44. [...] . The only special tools you need are syringes to measure fork oil, and snap-ring pliers. (Both of which can be found on Amazon.) Other than that, a few sockets, some Allen wrenches, and a Shimano cassette tool are all probably already in your toolbox. As for installing the seals, check out Enduro's website. Pop the black inner oil seals into the freezer for an hour or so; they press in easily with an upside-down socket.
