Install this on my 1999 road king classic. Clutch works great soaked in ATF F for 24 hours and then used Lucas primary chain oil.

After a year of fighting these and I just got off the phone with Kent, their answer, pull them off and send them back. Great... Can not shift into neutral while the engine is running... Since soon after the install... When the engine is cold, hold on because it is going to take off if its in gear..., this is a safety issue for sure... NOT recommended... 2011 Ultra Limited. UPDATE: after a year of trying to get this resolved and disassembly several times, they lost my return (Per Kent). 1.5 years later after I told them that I was taking this to small claims the magically found my plates and sent them back to me. A letter that was included with my originals stated that I had assembled them wrong and that the plates were within specs. I had them mic at a machine shop and they were not within specs, the letter was a lie. Horrible customer service. In addition I finally bought a set of Barrett clutches and installed and they worked perfect. They ripped me off and they will you too if you have any issue at all. You have been warned...

Excellent clutch, pretty easy to install. When I had performance cams installed on my 2014 Dyna the dyno tuner said my clutch was slipping. He said he could install another HD clutch for $350.00. I am pretty handy with a wrench so I told him I thought I would wait. I bought this clutch kit from Amazon, it arrived in a couple of days and I installed it that weekend using B&M Trick Shift for primary fluid. This clutch kit is working great, good power to the ground, no slipping. Well worth the price.

Great Clutch, Very smooth. Per: tech at E1 before it arrived... adjust the allen head adjuster screw back only 1/4 turn from contact and the results are perfect ! Also I presoaked the plates as recommended in ATF type F with a final primary mixture of 5-parts Formula + and 1-part ATF type F... The ATF alone does not supply enough lubrication for the other parts in the primary. This was a very good investment for me, as my wife rides 2-up with me most of the time. The clutch handles the load with no problems at all.

After I had it installed,it was a little grabby at first.but after a few hundred miles this mellowed out and I could load my 08 Roadking down without ever worrying about the clutch.Good price too.And the company recommended Ford type f auto trans fluid. No synthetics or anything with friction modifiers in it.Now you know why it grabbed.Awesome clutch.A little stiff but it is a high performance clutch,so get used to it.I highly recommend this clutch for high horsepower bikes or loaded down baggers.Easy to install. No special tools needed.Took me an hour and a half to get it done.Yes it does come with instructions. It's a Kevlar clutch that'll last for years, buy one n never worry about that part of your bike again...
