Installing this on my 2011 mustang gt was a pain. I choose to melt the old bushings out of the control arms - there's videos online. total mess. Pushing these new bushings in wasn't that hard. I beat them with a rubber mallet. It comes with grease but I would suggest using more. Drench these things in grease. Mine started squeaking instantly, which is common to poly bushings. I'm running eibach lowered springs with bilstein shocks, poly bushings, and camber plates. My car bounces in the straights, but has no sway in corners.
