Ich habe schon einige Jim Shore Figuren über Amazon erworben. Eiegentlich hatte ich vor, von weiteren Bestellungen über Amazon Abstand zu nehmen. Leider waren die letzten Bestellungen mehr als schlecht. Bei mehreren Jim Shore Figuren der Disney Traditions Reihe erhielt ich bereits mehrfach beschädigte und offene Waren. Im Falle eines Vaiana Displays war letztlich erst die dritte Ersatzlieferung in Ordnung.Leider habe ich das schöne Grinch Diorama wieder mit einem Bruch an einer Figur in einem bereits auseinanderfallenden und geöffneten Karton erhalten.Das Diorama selbst ist echt schick und mit der eingebauten Beleuchtung ein Hingucker. Aber ständig geöffnete und beschädigte Artikel als Neuware zu erhalten. Kann so nicht sein. Da sollte Amazon mal nachsteuern. Man möchte umweltfreundlicher im Versand sein, dann schickt gleich Neuware raus. Da spart man sich das ständige hin und her schicken.Für das Diorama 4 Sterne. Amazons Leistung kann glücklicherweise nicht berwertet werden. Da würde nicht viel rumkommen.

So, they must've listened to all the other reviews because they have the on/off switch on the back now.It is VERY lightweight compared with all the other Jim Shore things I have, but it has to be hallow so they could put the lighting stuff in. It is REALLY cute and a great addition to my collection.

Terrible customer service! Received notification it was cancelled- then out for delivery. Final notice it couldn’t be delivered because no such address. Lived there 20+ years. The order never went through and had to order a replacement.Also original was defective and didn’t work

I got this today and it is adorable! The whole gang is represented! There is definitely a switch but on the side! The hole on the bottom is just that...a hole. I love how the buildings light up! Great piece for my Grinch collection!

I love the Grinch and I love Jim Shore! This was a perfect, I thought, addition to my Christmas collections. When I received it, I was a little disappointed that it didn't light up all the way, but chalked it up to a simple miscommunication in product description. But after seeing other people's verified purchases and how their light up, I realized it's damaged and not working like it should. If it was a gift, I'd have them return it. Not worth the money for a product that is damaged. At least it's just for me and my own collection. Make sure, if you purchase this, you know IT"S SUPPOSED TO LIGHT ALL THE WAY UP!

Missing the on off switch. Lights at the top of the decoration so not light up well. Feet of some characters are off base.

This is such a cute addition to my Grinch Jim Shore collection! I took a chance because so many other reviews were negative and I’m sure glad I did. There is no on/off switch on the bottom, even though there’s an empty hole where one could go. It is on the back (down by the brown base) and I’m glad for that because you don’t have to lift it up each time to turn it on and risk dropping it. And the cute lights are the perfect finishing touch! I would really recommend this piece. 💚
