Approximately fit, and yes, it's on now -- with redrilling and some cutting. NEVER buy a part that says it's "compatible" with.

It looked fine until I tried to install it. The mount points on the left and right don't even reach the holes where they are supposed to attach. I waited too long to install it and I can't return it now.

Very poor quality. Feels extremely thin and cheap compared to original piece. It came off within 10 minutes of driving and was dragged under the car to where it was unusable to try again. Big waste of time and money.
